Delicious breakfast made my day
The location is superb for exploring Chetumal, and the staff radiated friendliness. Breakfast at the hotel was an experience, with flavorful options that left me delighted. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and reasonable prices.
While I enjoyed my stay, the room's lack of a refrigerator was inconvenient, especially in the humid climate. Also, the air conditioning took a while to cool down the space adequately, making the nights warmer than preferred.

I stayed in a Double Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, which was a huge plus. However, I was really bummed that the pool was out of use during my stay. The ambience was nice and relaxing, definitely a good spot to unwind. Overall, it met my basic needs but I expected a bit more with the amenities.

i had a nice stay at grand marlon during my trip to chetumal. the rooms were clean and the food was excellent, really exceeding my expectations for a relaxing spa holiday. the staff was accommodating, even helping me order pizza when the restaurant was closed.
